Absolute worst experience of my life. Wasn't allowed to even check in. Was told Booked.net went in his computer and put my reservation in there.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. Have never been spoke to the way I was that day.

Clean facilities
Requested a quiet room away from elevator. Our room was allocated right next to an elevator. As Booked.net made the booking the hotel couldn't change the room according to the manager

I had a very good stay for 5 nights and would stay there again. The hotel was perfectly clean and excellent value. The location was excellent, with several restaurants, a music venue, and local dining options nearby. The family room was immaculate with a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a writing desk. The breakfast experience was enjoyable and the venue served good food. The thoughtful staff made everything perfect.
